Saori Hayami and Kentaro Kumagai Cover the 365 Days to the Wedding Anime Ending Song

 


The popular 365 Days to the Wedding anime has revealed a fresh take on its ending song, which has been reinterpreted by the talented Saori Hayami and Kentaro Kumagai. This anime series, which premiered on October 3, is set to release its final episode on December 19. Fans of the series are eager to hear the remake of the ending theme.

The song, titled “Hey, so…”, was originally performed by GOHOBI. The cover version features Saori Hayami and Kentaro Kumagai, who voice the main characters, Rika and Takuya, respectively. The production is handled by Studio Ashi Productions, with Hiroshi Ikehata as the director. The talented team behind the scenes also includes Kazuho Hyodo, who is in charge of the series composition, Shuji Maruyama as the character designer, and Shun Narita and Yuusuke Seo, who are responsible for the music composition.

Saori Hayami has also previously covered the opening theme for the series. The 365 Days to the Wedding series is based on the romantic comedy manga written and illustrated by Tamiki Wakaki, which was serialized in Shogakukan’s Weekly Big Comic Spirits from March 2020 to June 2023. The series was compiled into 11 volumes. In addition to the anime, a live-action drama series was produced and aired in October 2022. For English-speaking fans, Seven Seas Entertainment is publishing the manga in English.

The plot of 365 Days to the Wedding centers around Rika and Takuya, who get engaged to avoid being transferred to different branches of their travel agency. Their manager has a strict rule limiting new recruits to bachelors, so they must convince their colleagues that their engagement is genuine. The series explores the humorous and heartfelt situations that arise as the couple navigates their professional and personal lives.
