Trillion Game reveals October 3 release date, new cast, and second trailer.

 


The second major trailer for Trillion Game, which also includes new cast members and a release date of October 3, have been announced. Yuzo Sato is directing the animation produced by Studio MADHOUSE. The anime will debut with two consecutive seasons of two episodes each.

The new trailer has snippets of the closing theme song, "Unbelievable," by Klang Ruler, and the opening theme song, "Beat the Odds," by &TEAM.


The following new voice actors are joining the voice cast as employees of a video game company:

  • Ryota Suzuki as Sakura
  • Sayaka Senbongi as Futaba
  • Rikuya Yasuda as Nanamori
  • Yuki Shin as Ogura


Character teasers for Kirika Kikoryu, Kazuki Kedoin, Rinrin Takahashi, and the primary pair of Haru Tennoji and Taira Manabu (Gaku) were previously unveiled. In addition to Yuzo Sato, the director, Ryunosue Kingetsu is part of Trillion Game's main anime staff in charge of hte series composition, Kei Tsuchiya as the character designer, and Takuro Iga in charge of the music.

Riichiro Inagaki, the author of Dr. STONE, wrote the tale, and Ryoichi Ikegami illustrated the manga for Trillion Game. Since December 2020, it has been serialised in Big Comic Superior, a publication published by Shogakukan. A television drama adaptation of the manga was produced, and it debuted in July 2023 and ran for ten episodes.


The story follows two young men, Haru and Gaku, who go on a journey to become rich. Haku is a badass with a quick mind and wit, while Gaku is a timid computer geek who is not very good at talking to people. They end up as friends due to an incident at school. A few years later, Gaku becomes a university student and starts looking for a job, but he fails all of his job interviews due to his personality. As he works part-time as a window washer a major company he had set his heart on, Haru asks him to start a business together. And so the two begin an unpredictable entrepreneurial survival game to earn a trillion dollars and run away with everything in the world.
