In 2025, an anime adaptation of The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World will premiere, featuring Junichi Suwabe as the voice of the title character, Ken'ichi. The anime's teaser trailer has been made available.Additionally, a teaser image for the anime has Ken'ichi holding a young girl.
Hifumi Asakura's original light novel, Arafo Otoko no Isekai Tsuhan Seikatsu, is titled The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World. From 2017 until 2021, it was available on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website. SB Creative also printed it in print. In April 2019 to May 2024, Square Enix's Monthly G Fantasy magazine published an adaptation of the manga by Umiharu. The manga will be adapted into an anime.
