The official TV anime version of Betrothed to my Sister's Ex is scheduled for release in 2025. Author Tobirano announced the news on X; the announcement was posted over the third volume cover of the book.
Tobirano's original Japanese light novel series, Betrothed to my Sister's Ex, had artwork by Mai Murasaki. The novels are published by Futabasha under the M Novels F label. Additionally, there is a manga adaptation published under Futabasha's Monster Comics F brand, with artwork by Nakagura Chikage.
