A movie based on the Cute High Earth Defence Club Love series is in the works and is scheduled for release in the winter of 2025. It's also important to remember that the show will commemorate its tenth anniversary in January. The movie will be animated by Studio Comet, which previously created the animation for the second and third seasons of the 2017 OVA.
The original cast of the first anime series, including Michiko Yokote on the screenplay and Shinji Takamatsu as director, is also coming back. The remaining personnel consists of:
Masakazu Ishikawa is a character designer and chief animator.Yumiko Hara is the chief animator and character designer. Yamazo is in charge of the music.
The founding members of Yumoto Hakone's team, Yuichiro Umehara's En Yufuin, and Kazutomi Yamamoto's Yumoto Hakone are also coming back, Kotaro Nishiyama as Atsushi Kinugawa, Yusuke Shirai as Io Naruko, Toshiki Masuda as Ryuu Zaou, and Mugihito as Wombat.
Kurari Umatani is the creator of the magical boy anime television series Cute High Earth Defence Club Love. Diomedéa animated the first TV anime series, which ran from January to March 2015. Before the anime came out, Pony Canyon serialised a spin-off manga by Mizu Morino called Binan Kokou Chikyuu Seifuku-bu Love! from 2014 to 2015.
After Studio Comet took over the animation, Cute High Earth Defence Club LOVE! LOVE! aired from July to September 2016 in its second TV anime season. Cute High Earth Defence Club LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! also aired in August 2017 as an OVA. Finally, in April to July 2018, Cute High Earth Defence Club HAPPY KISS! aired in its third season.
In addition to these, Anipani Co. Ltd. produced and released a mobile game in February 2015, while Natsuko Takahashi has an ongoing light novel series that has been serialised since January 2015.

The story revolves around the members of the “Earth Defense Club”
aka the “Do Nothing Club” at Binan High School. One day, the club
members are soaking in a hot bath together when all of a sudden a
mysterious pink wombat appears out of thin air! The wombat asks the
members to lend it their help to protect the Earth. At school the next
day, each of the club members receives a magical bracelet enveloping
them in a dazzling light.
