The main trailer for Ron Kamonohashi's anime Forbidden Deductions Season 2 has been released, and it features the opening theme tune. Immediately following the conclusion of the first season, the sequel was revealed, with studio Diomedéa returning to animation.

The anime is based on the continuing manga series Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective, written and illustrated by Akira Amano (Katekyo Hitman Reborn creator). The main image is shown here, however they have also released images for the night and summer.For the follow-up, all of the original cast members were back, including Yo Tsuji for the music, Wataru Watari for the series composition, Ishikawa Masakazu for character design, and director Shota Ibata.The voice cast includes:

- Junya Enoki as Totomaru “Toto” Isshiki
- Taku Yashiro as Spitz Feier
- Jun Fukuyama as Omito Kawasemi

Shueisha is publishing the manga in English on their MANGA Plus website, while Crunchyroll is streaming the anime. The story follows Ron Kamonohashi, a genius who was forbidden from becoming a detective due to the way he solved his cases. Years later, they have to rely on him, with a rookie police officer Totomaru Isshiki there to help prevent him from causing any unnecessary deaths.
