The main character of the romantic comedy manga, Takane Takamine-san, is shown in the teaser image. The manga has been running since 2019.
The manga series Please Put Them On, Takamine-san (Haite Kudasai, Takamine-san) is written and illustrated by Yuichi Hiiragi. Square Enix is serialising it in their Monthly Gangan Joker magazine; as of December 2023, eight volumes had been published. August 21 of this year is when Volume 9 is supposed to be released. The English manga was licensed by Yen Press, who detailed the plot as follows:
